Conditions for Exchange/Return
Product Not Satisfactory
- If the customer is not satisfied with the product, it can be returned within 1 hour of receiving the product. We will assist with the return or exchange. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition (not damaged or deformed).
Defective Product – Expired Product
- Customers should check the product carefully before payment. If the product is damaged during shipping, please refuse the delivery and return the product to us.
- If the product cannot be used immediately upon delivery, please take the time to read the instructions carefully to ensure the product meets your needs. Contact us immediately for support in returning the product.
Incorrect Product Delivered
- If you believe the product delivered to you is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Our system will check if the wrong item was sent. If so, we will replace it with the correct item (subject to availability).
Conditions for Exchange/Return
- Time limit for exchange/return: within 1 day from the time of receiving the product. Please contact us immediately via the phone number provided for confirmation of the exchange/return.
- The returned product must be in its original condition, with the packaging intact.
- The warranty card (if applicable) and the company seal on the product must remain intact.
- The returned/exchanged product must include the full packaging, user manual, and must be unused.
Note:
- Customers need to return the product within 7 business days from the time of receiving the product.
- The product returned or exchanged must be in its original condition with labels, box, and packaging intact as when the customer first received it.
